During the war, absurd moments slowly started blending into everyday life. Things that once felt surreal became routine.
This visual series explored that tension — translating small, familiar moments into a world where normality and uncertainty coexist.
Rather than documenting events directly, the goal was to capture a feeling: the strange moment where repeated exposure changes perception.
CREATIVE APPROACH
The concept was built around everyday moments that feel ordinary on the surface but carry an underlying sense of discomfort.
By placing familiar situations into unexpected contexts, I aimed to create visual dissonance — imagery that feels simultaneously relatable, absurd, and emotionally recognizable.
The objective wasn't realism.
It was recognition.
